We have been looking into the possibility of having our club meetings at a different site. We checked into places such as the VFW hall on Philadelphia Rd, Dellis on Philadelphia Rd. and the Blue Lagoon. There seemed to be a glitch in nearly every place, such as not enough parking, others wanted to cater the food, which was costly etc. We have come to the conclusion that we will be staying where we are.
Some of the officers have been discussing the possibility of not having a December meeting. We usually have low attendance in December and we have the Christmas party in December.
We are already under contract for this year and probably can't change that. After a short discussion it was agreed to not have December meetings in the future.
