We have to notify Rosedale Gardens before 9am when we're canceling the meeting so we do not have to pay for our meal.
We will not be having O'Doul's beer at the meeting. It was a one-time occurrence.

GOOD OF THE CLUB:
GM-MY TIME--Clara Musick
Clara moved to Baltimore when her father got a job here. Her parents bought a home and she had a normal childhood. Clara started working when she was 16. Her first job was at G.C Murphy's. She made $40 a week. She liked working better than school, so she quit school. Clara met her first husband at Murphy's. After 13yrs. and three children they parted ways. From Murphy's she went to Warehouser Containers on Quad Ave. Clara didn't particularly like working there so she went to Jimmy's Seafood. She met her 2nd husband at Jimmy's. She left there and went to GM. People at Jimmy's bet she wouldn't make it. She did. Clara worked on the line for 3 1/2 years. Then she was asked by Bob Bowers to take the supervisor class and become a supervisor. He said if she needed help he would be there. She went to class all day and then had to go to work, at night, on the line. Around 6:30 that evening she was informed -- you made it. The next day she started as a supervisor. She worked as a supervisor opposite her husband. He worked night shift, she worked day shift. She said things didn't always work out too good. Clara would call him, wake him up, and complain if when she came into start up he had left her a mess. They divorced. Clara met her 3rd. husband at GM. He was an hourly guy. They were married about ten years, then divorced. She continued to work for GM till she retired. Clara loved it, had a lot of good times. She made lots of good friends. After Clara retired from GM she went to work at the Blue Lagoon. There she met Ray, husband number four, and that ended her working career. Now she just enjoys life and she is married to a great guy. Clara was applauded for her presentation.
