The Fall Shrimp roast is November 8th, tickets are $40.00.  Clara has the tickets.  Please try to sell as many tickets as possible, we need to make this affair a success. The shrimp roast will be advertised in local papers to try and get better sales.  So far only about 100 tickets have been sold.  We will not have the shrimp roast next year if we can't get better response to the affair.

Thanks in advance to all who are to donate cakes in December: Clara Hunt, Marge Stock, Peggy Horwath, Darlene Dail, Angie Thomas.

WE NEED MORE PEOPLE TO SIGN UP FOR CAKE DONATIONS.

We only have 2 people for next year. Due to the drop in attendance of the meetings we only require 4 cakes per month.

Please notify Darlene if you cannot bring your scheduled donation, so other arrangements can be made.

NEW BUSINESS:

Eventhough we charge $5.00 a person for lunch, our club is charged $12 for EVERY HEAD that comes through the door to the meeting.

If you plan to bring a guest to the meeting you need to get the OK from the president, Dale Wajbel,.

Just a reminder there is no carry out food other than the bakery goods.

Due to security reasons the GM retirees ID card will no longer guarantee access to a GM facility.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Tom and Clara informed the membership that we only have approximately 100 tickets sold for the shrimp roast.  We will be lucky to break even if we don't sell more tickets.  At this rate we will have to cancel having the affair and go back to 1 fund raiser a year.  We have these affairs to offset the cost of keeping the club functioning.

We have been having our meetings at Rosedale Garden for 3years.  The old Turners hall has closed.  We made a good decision to come here.

MEETING DATE; December 10, 2015-- No November meeting due to Shrimp Roast

Menu: We will be having an enhanced menu for the Christmas meeting.
