The Bull & Oyster Roast tickets are available. Clara asked members to please try to sell tickets.   It will be held again here at Rosedale Gardens on April 2nd, 1 to 5 p.m. Tickets are $42.

Arden McConnell passed away this past weekend.  Jimmy Glovier is still very ill and needs your prayers.  Mike Vahey is out of the hospital after having a heart stint operation and problems with kidney stones.  Please remember the sick and deceased members and families in your prayers. Please contact Marge if you know of any sick or deceased members so cards can be sent from the club.

The Club would like someone to look into organizing travel trips.

Rosedale Fire Hall is sponsoring a trip to Delaware Park from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 31st. Cost is $30 and you get $30 in slots money.

 

GM NEWS: GM delivers first Bolt Electric Vehicle to customers in San Francisco area.

 

GM achieved a record number of landfill-free facilities in 2016, exceeding its commitment four years early.  GM now operates 152 global facilities that recycle, reuse or convert to energy all waste from daily operations, helping to improve efficiencies.

 

On February 7th GM announced record full-year 2016 results driven by strong retail demand for full-size trucks and SUVs in the United States, continued industry growth in China and effective cost performance across the globe. 2016 revenue was $166.4 billion, up 9.2 percent.  2016 fourth quarter revenue was $43.9 billion, up 10.8 percent.
