Olin Conrad is having some back surgery. Mary Marsiglia is having some leg problems. Please contact Marge if you know of any sick or deceased members so cards can be sent from the club.

TRAVEL COMMITTEE: The Club would like someone to look into organizing travel trips.
General Motors reports net revenue of $37 billion and income of $2.4 billion from continuing operations.
Due to a decline in sales our Hamtramck Plant will be idled until January. They build the Volt sedan, Chevy Impala, Chevy Malibu and Buick LaCrosse sedans. Sales have declined due to an increase in sales of trucks and utility vehicles.
Tom asks members to support our Shrimp Feast Sunday. Tom also reminded members there will be no meeting in November.
Nelson Weller asked if anyone wanted to share information about their 2018 medical plan. Nelson said Al Komin told him the company he is with will no longer provide medical insurance for him.
Tom reminded members to pay close attention to their medical plan information during this current enrollment period.
